Collectibles in Miami
Vitrina Vault runs out of Miami. Orders ship from here, the auction room closes on Eastern time, and support answers in English and Spanish because that is how this city actually works.
Being local matters more than it sounds. Same-state orders reach a Florida address fast, and pieces that would spend a week in transit from a west-coast warehouse arrive in a couple of days.
We operate from a warehouse rather than a walk-in store, so it is not a shop you can browse on a Saturday. Collectors who want to see a piece in person before committing — reasonable on anything expensive — can arrange a visit by appointment through the contact page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I visit in person?
By appointment. We work out of a warehouse rather than a retail floor, so drop-ins are not possible, but arranging a viewing for a specific piece is — get in touch through the contact page.
Do you ship outside Miami?
Yes, across the United States, with tracking on every order. Free over $35, otherwise a $5.25 flat rate.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Support answers in English and Spanish, and this site runs in both languages.
